Manchester Smoke Shop — Local services in East Manchester Township

I had the unfortunate experience of visiting this smoke shop, and I can honestly say that it was one of the most disappointing and frustrating encounters I've ever had. From the moment I walked in, it was clear that customer service was not a priority at this establishment.

The counter clerk, if you can even call him that, seemed more interested in playing his own choice of music at ear-splitting volumes than assisting customers. It was as if he had taken it upon himself to create a personal nightclub behind the counter, completely disregarding the fact that people were there to make purchases and seek help.

When I finally managed to get his attention, he treated me with an appalling level of rudeness and indifference. It was evident that he had no interest in helping me find what I was looking for or answering any of my questions. His dismissive attitude and condescending remarks made it clear that he had no respect for the customers who were keeping the business afloat.

Furthermore, the store itself was in a state of disarray. Products were haphazardly strewn about the shelves, making it nearly impossible to locate anything without extensive searching. It was evident that there was a lack of care and organization, which only added to the overall sense of unprofessionalism that permeated the entire establishment.

I left the smoke shop feeling frustrated, disrespected, and utterly disappointed. It's truly unfortunate that such a place can continue to operate with such a blatant disregard for customer satisfaction. I would strongly advise anyone considering a visit to this smoke shop to save themselves the aggravation and seek out a more reputable and customer-focused establishment. This experience was a prime example of how not to run a business, and I will certainly not be returning. Horrible place. Horrible workers. Don’t come here!!! I’d give this place 0 stars if it let me. There was a sign on the door scribbled with sharpie that said “open in 5 minutes”. I gave them the benefit of the doubt and stood there for 15 and no one came out. So I proceeded to knock on the door, and some bum looking guy came out and gave attitude saying he was eating. He finally let me in, and when I tried to use my stamp card to get a free vape (the whole reason I was there), he made the excuse that the card was from the old owners. The only reason I bought vapes from this store was because of there buy 6 get 1 free stamp card. I had 5 stamps on my card and went to buy the 6th vape then get one free. The dude first told me that the stamp card was only for juices. I told him I've never bought juice, only vapes that the stamps on my card were from buying vapes.
