I previously was with AT&T for over 20yrs. I had become increasingly annoyed with their services and finally decided to switch. I drive truck for a living and needed to ensure I had great coverage all over the east coast and north central US along with a plan that provided a lot of wifi hotspot data. I owned the previous note ultra outright and was originally planning on keeping it but when I went into the Verizon Manchester store and met with Bryan Sagnor, explained my wants and needs he broke things down very easily for me. I received $800 for my phone and got the new note and a watch for essentially $600 in addition to my trade in along with 30gb of wifi hotspot in which has been fantastic. I watch shows and movies while parked and I have not yet gone over the 30gb as he noted that it would take a lot of watching to do so. Mr. Sagnor was very professional, extremely knowledgeable and just all around very easy to talk to. He was not pushing anything that I didn't want. In conclusion, I am very happy with the switch to Verizon along with the care that I received from Bryan. I highly recommend this location...
Read moreNot very happy with my recent experience at this Verizon store. The sales clerks sell you stuff you don't even ask for. They transfer your data without telling you how much it costs ($30 !!). I didn't request it and I could have done it myself. Then they start pulling $30 accessories off the wall left and right without asking you if you need them or want them. And it's not even owned by Verizon, it's a 3rd party vendor so I'm sure revenue maximization and sales commissions are the goal. So be forewarned and be aware and don't let them push accessories on you that you don't need or you can easily get for 90% less on ebay or Amazon ! And of course they always give you a "free" phone but that locks you into a three year contract with them !! Otherwise you end up paying for it, so you need to know all this before you walk through the door and be ready for them to try to get as much money from you...
Read moreSo I came in today two days after the launch of the 17 pro max and luckily they had me of two colors I was looking to get. I worked with Bryan and he was awesome and helped me out with everything. Answered all my questions which I had and made sure I understood everything that was there to understand. He was very professional with a good sense of character that brought excitement to be in the store. In the end I bought the phone in the best way possible. Quick and easy and within and hour and a half of me purchasing and the data being transferred from my old to my new phone I was a proud and happy owner of a new iPhone 17 pro max. All thanks to Bryan and his expert knowledge, today was an easy trip to the Verizon store. Definetly would come back to upgrade my phone if everyone there...
