When I came in and upgraded my phone on 02/22 I had a great experience with the sales associates in the store! I left as a happy customer, however, upon getting my bill today it seems charges/services were fraudulently added to my account. My account was upgraded from the Unlimited Start SL line to the Unlimited Premium SL line, I was added/charged a AT&T Turbo monthly add on, AND I was upgraded to a Next Up Anytime add on. The associate never mentioned upgrading or adding on these services and I never requested any of these upgrades or add ons. Stay clear of this store since they will add on services/charges that you do not request nor approve. He answered all questions throughly and thoughtfully! If he was unsure he made an effort to get the right answers! Did he attempt to double shoot the issue since my plan includes unlimited internet......again no. His only solution is I have to upgrade to a more expensive plan and see if that foxes the problem.
