I (We) recently had the pleasure of working with Donna at Valley Forge Memorials while making the arrangements to replace our existing family monument after losing my sister. Her advice and guidance, as well as her industry knowledge, allowed my brothers and I to feel at ease while making the difficult decisions required to ensure we were fulfilling and honoring the wishes of our deceased family members.

Additionally, her firm's existing contacts at the cemetery where our family plot was located allowed for the seamless approval process for the new monument, the coordinated removal of the existing monument and timely installation of the new monument. From the initial phone call to the final delivery, Donna was extremely helpful. Donna patiently answered my endless questions, went over different design options, helped us through indecisiveness, picked up right where we left off after the whole project was on hold for many months. In fact one time I called Donna after several months of inactivity and I figured I would need to reintroduce myself etc. because it had been so long.
