This cvs couldnât be more incompetent. After 3 hours at an eye surgeon for a painful eye cyst, I dropped of the prescription IN PERSON to pick up for the first nighttime dose, and was told it would be 1 hour so I decided to come back later to give them time to get it filled. Upon return much later I waited in line for half hour for the clerk to tell me there was no prescription. Apparently they lost it and after I described the person who I gave it to they finally found it and said please give them 15 minutes to fill it. I waited another 20 minutes and got back in line for them to tell me they did not have it. I took it back and now am sitting in Wallgreens where they are filling it. CVS is a joke, while I was sitting here I sold off my stock and will never ever go back to such a place where no one knows what they are doing. Meanwhile, they had the nerve to ask me if I want a flu, covid, or shingles shot. No thanks this place canât be trusted they are totally clueless, please find another pharmacy and truth be told this isnât the first time with issues. Upper management needs to seriously look at this facility unless inadequate is their status...

Sat in the Drive thru in 86° weather no a/c to be told they can't locate my script and could I drive around the building and get back in line that is already 4 cars deep!!! NO.... I also asked for my daughter's scrip that they could of gave me or is that one lost too?? I called the store and asked for a manager. While I was explaining to the manager what just happened I was hung up on. So I called back again and asked for the manager again and was put on hold then hung up on AGAIN. So I called back again asked the young lady for the managers name and she put me on hold without giving me her name. When the manager got on the phone I asked for her name she ignored me and proceeded to tell me I wasn't hung up on twice in a row. And was quick to give me the 800 number to complain about her... Guess CVS let's their managers and staff disrespect the customers that make it possible to get paid. I have been going to this location over 15 yrs. and have never experienced such behaviors, If I did this at my job, Id be FIRED...Guess CVS is TO BIG TO CARE... Hello...
   Read moreWay too busy & seems like not enough help! Though I have to mention, the people at the registers in front of the store are very nice and some at the pharmacy. They just can't seem to keep up with the amounts of prescriptions they get. Their computer system makes it difficult to find previously used coupons on medicine, so I have to check every time, or I get overcharged. They have once lost a prescription of mine which ended up a real hassle. And it seems they treat their employees like criminals! I've seen employees leaving work have to stop at the door to have the manager check through their pocketbooks & any bags! Seems a bit paranoid! Yet I still shop there as they're the only local 24 hour pharmacy. I just wish they'd find a better...
