If I could give zero stars I would. They stole over $110 from my fiancé after not delivering the correct food (it was a large order over $70). After placing an order it took about an hour and a half to be delivered. They brought the incorrect food, after calling they said they would bring the right food and proceeded to charge again. After my finance called and was told to come in person to get a refund he got screamed at by a lady in the back saying we tried to scam them and that she was going to call the police. I ordered and picked up 50 minutes afterward. Both the girl behind the counter and the delivery guy were unsmiling and cold. Paid and left without a "have a nice day". (the nerve!) The General Tso's is dry and slightly spicy, and comes with no broccoli. The egg roll was average. Finally, the cost did them in: $1.75 for an additional eggroll (1 total) and the combo plates come with white rice by default, with a charge for pork-fried.

Ordered at 7:18 tonight. Told it would take 45 minutes. Waited until 8:30 called and told that they were around the corner. Waited 15 minutes and called again. Received apology and told manager would be alerted and they would be there soon. Asked if I should just cancel told no driver will be right there. Called again and told them I wanted to cancel and get refund. Then told it was delivered about an hour go and it was outside. Went out in rain to check nothing.
