I was given a bracelet as a pre wedding gift purchased at a store in wickford. It lost its coloring after 7 years. Was never given a pamphlet saying not to wear in water ocean or chlorine water. I sent an e-mail and Grace reached out to me and said she would take care of it. I drove to store on East prov 40 minutes to find not open. Website said opened till 5 pm on Friday. I ended up putting bracelet in mail. Grace called me telling me 60.00 to repair. I was under the assumption that there was not going to be a fee as she said in e mail she would take care of it. I made her aware that website said open till 5 pm on Fridays and she said that they will fix it. As of today 2/23/25 not yet fixed … 3 weeks ago. As all this is said I paid to get the bracelet fixed and looks brand new!...
