Granted I was a walk in customer, waited two hours for a wash and cut. Other walk in customers were taken care of before me. One of them walked in and said "hey do you think you can squeeze me in today" was shown to a seat and taken care of right then and there. I walked out a few minuets after they left and another client was seated. I will not go back after all that. On top of being ignored for that time, they were rude to me when I walked in.
