My wife sent me to Publix to get a bouquet for my little girl's recital because it was convenient and their flowers are usually decent.

Last minute, I decided to call Blue Ivy as it was closer and more convenient than driving across the river to Publix.

They asked me what my little girl's favorite color is and other random questions about her. 20 minutes later I showed up at blue Ivy and they handed me a gorgeous bouquet of flowers that smelled great and the perfect size for a little girl for her first ballet recital. The price was so reasonable that I decided to buy my wife a very beautiful single stem Rose which they surprised me with by adding babies breath and a couple of other accenting flowers beautifully wrapped in brown paper. My grandmother passed on Oct 8, 2015 in Chattanooga, TN. She was 92 I live in Colorado Springs, CO. I Googled flower delivery in Chattanooga and Blue Ivy had reviews and the others didn't so I called them. I was greeted by a nice woman who listend to my request to deliver flowers to my parents home. Without any problems at all she confirmed my order and texted me a picture of the arrangement. The arrangement was a beautiful symbolic way to remember my grandmother. The flowers were delivered within a couple of hours. This business gets the highest rating because of ease-ability, execution and customer service. I asked to spend $100 and she charged me $10 for delivery which is completely fair. Thank you blue ivy! I ordered a particular bouquet for my wedding. The owner said she could do that bouquet in my wedding colors. I discussed this bouquet in detail with her after she printed out the picture. I was quoted $40 each for Pew Arrangements that had around half a dozen flowers in them. When my wedding day came the bouquet was nothing like what I ordered. The pew arrangements had two roses (for $40). You would think anyone involved with weddings would know you don't use white and Ivory together....especially when the bride specifically says no white. The owner could care less that she screwed up my wedding. She refuses to do the right thing and refund my money.
