Dollar General — Local services in Rossville

The service is always great but the shelves are usually bare and almost empty most of my usual items arent available so I have to go somewhere else like the milk and orange juice my feminine products toilet paper paper towels the toys isle and many many more sorry guys gotta tell the truth but it's got to not enough help poor inventory or something else so please for our community sake look into it and please make our dollar general store a way better one then it has been cause if not yall are gonna lose all business to food city big lots and walmart cause they at least keep their shelves mostly fully stocked unlike yall whom are usually out of almost everything when I come in there and wind up having to go somewhere else cause yall didnt have it or couldn't get down the isle to see if yall restocked it yet or not sorry dont be mad just want my neighborhood to be fully stocked like...

Other DGs are messy, with their overstock stacked high on huge metal cages. These cages always tend to be in the middle of the aisle where you could barely get thru, forget about a buggy. I was pleasantly surprised by this store. It was very clean. The shelves were neat. They had a half off sale on clothes and home items that were no doubt rummaged through by everyone but a hardworking employee kept hanging every thing back up in its proper place. This store is a little out of my way, there are at least 2 DGs that are closer, but it's well worth the extra minutes it takes to have a more pleasant shopping experience where I can actually move...

Rude, lazy, disrespectful overly aggressive employees. Half of them look like they're methed out of their minds, if you're going to have track marks all up and down your arms at least cover them up. Buy food from this place at your own risk because you see lunch meat and ice cream and things like that laying out on the shelves all the time and I've seen employees just put the stuff back in the cooler. Not to mention half of the stuff in the store is out of date by several days or even months in some cases.
