We ordered $100 flower arrangement to be sent to a funeral home when we went to pay our respects the flowers looked almost dead. I figured maybe it was just a bad batch of flowers and let it go…Two weeks later my grandfather passed I went to ensign and I knew I wanted a nice spread! I felt he deserved that after serving our country,,, When I picked out what I wanted I was told my total was $366.42 ! I said ok I paid the lady . I told her about the last experience and she reassured me they would be identical to the picture! I said ok . I took a pic of what I ordered just to show my husband! Well when we went to pay our respects I looked all over and finally found our spread…smh if I could add pics u could be the judge! They look nothing like the pic ! I was so disappointed I hung my head down with shame. I took a pic and knowing the funeral was the next morning I went by ensign to ask why did we not get what I paid for and the manager was not there ! I asked to speak with a manager or owner the lady called the owners it took to long and I had to leave and go to the funeral home I was told they would have to return my call ! So while we was at the funeral home they called and told me I could come pick up our check . And as we was paying our respects I get pulled to the side and told they are picking up the flowers …by one of the workers at the funeral home . I was upset not only is the humiliating but I was embarrassed by the flowers being takin ! Now my grandfather was without a spread and the funeral was starting ! I asked to speak with the owners but they never called! And did i mention we have been a customer for over 20 years and have spent thousands of dallors with this company! ! But NEVR AGAIN……..I was lied too Miss lead and disappointed by being disrespected by ensign ! !!!!!!!! Very poor quality and u will not get what u order but what they want to give you! Read moreMy husband ordered flowers for me as a surprise. He ordered it 5 DAYS BEFORE they needed to be delivered. Not only did they not deliver them, they took them to the wrong city all together, even though it was clearly ordered correctly. They called me at 5:05 that evening telling me that they would have them there by 6. Still no delivery. We got a phone call the next day apologizing and offered to upgrade the bouquet and deliver the following day. We said ok. We call the following day at 4pm and STILL NO DELIVERY!!!! We asked to speak to the owners and the girl on the phone told me not to call back because they would not answer the phone then hung up. Of course I called back and spoke to someone name Karen who first told me she wasn’t at the office, and then said she would check on the order. I could hear her in the background saying, HABE WE NOT MADE THESE YET? The. Comes back to the phone and tells me they can try to deliver them today or I can get a refund. I told her we just wanted a refund and to speak to the owner. She said she would have to check on a refund and couldn’t tell me if they could do that. I told her I wanted to wait for confirmation and she proceeded to hang up as well. I Facebook messaged the owner and so far no response from anyone. I called 4 days earlier for a flower delivery, and I called to verify the day at lunch and they had NOT even been completed, less delivered. The staff quickly rushed and put something together. It was supposed to be a dozen yellow roses mixed in with white daisies. The picture is what we FINALLY received after they called to ask my mother if she wanted them redelivered or picked up when they did not deliver them earlier as requested. "All deliveries go out in the morning." Maybe if they do not completely forget you. And remember, I called 4 days prior!!!
Instead of fixing the situation, the male owner sent someone to pick the thrown together "hodgepodge of colors" up, and has ruined my mothers birthday. The elderly couple that run this place need to retire! Rude does not begin to describe their arrogance. I was told "I should have called back and spoken to someone else." You are only good as the person representing you; however, the "rude and direct employee you blame everything on" (whom I am sure will continue working there) has followed example.
