Sonic Drive-In — Restaurant in Rossville

Zero stars isn't an option.. We stopped in after a movie at 10:20. First there was a lot of bickering from the car next to us, a couple standing outside arguing. When the girl came out with our food at 10:45 she walked up to the car with the couple and started talking. She talked with them for about 5 minutes with our food. Then she said "well I got your food" and the couple said it wasn't theirs. So she walked to a truck that had recently pulled in since we had been there and tried to give them our food. She finally came to us and asked what we had. We told her and she said let me straighten this out. She came back at 10:54 with the same bag. It was stuffed with a supersonic burrito meal with chili cheese tots, and a sonic burger with large fries and it only took up a small portion of the bag and the bag was all rolled and wrinkled at the top from the amount of time she spent holding it while socializing. When we told her we didn't want the food that was obviously smudged and cold by then, she got angry. She stood outside and yelled as we pulled away. I'm sorry but we work hard for our money and we were not about to pay for that. Poor service and 34 minutes was a long time to wait for what they were giving me. Wow... I gave you guys 3 chances to make a simple order correctly.. Burger NO CHEESE NO LETTUCE NO TOMATO NO ONION NO PICKLE.. Just mayo and ketchup.. Also ordered a large onion rings at 3.29.. Lol joke.. Cold and if this was a large id hate to see the small.. Seriously go 2 more miles down the road to another sonic.. EDITED July, 12, 2019.. So after staying away from this particular location since my last edit I decided to try again.. Surely after all this time they've learned to get it together right?.. Guess again.. So I had a simple order Cheeseburger mayo and ketchup only.. Get home and guess what? Loaded down with everything under the kitchen sink.. Really?!.. So I call and ask to speak with a manager.. This is sad.. He doesn't not one time say he's sorry up until my husband put him in line. Then the apologies flowed.. His name was Chuck or Charlie.. Who cares.. The point is this location stinks.. Save yourself the aggravating experience and go to either East Ridge or on into Fort Oglethorpe.. Lesson Learned.. They can keep the over salted burgers.. my next call will be...

The visit was A Hot Mess! We ordered 3 very easy items. Small mozzarella cheese sticks, A mango frozen lemonade slush and 1 corn dog. (1)They gave no marinara sauce for the mozzarella sticks (2) The slush looked a weird yellow color. They gave us a reg lemon slush and peeped out the window talking about, "Want me to put mango in the lemon slush?" We then tried to explain that it was suppose to be a Mango frozen lemonade, he said, Same Thang. BUT IT'S NOT! (3) THEN, looked in the bag and only had 1 pk of mustard for my corn dog. I was going to make that work, so I put the mustard on it and not into it, Why was the outer part all hard and leathery???? That was the most stale item I have ever gotten from any fast food restaurant.

So as you can see, there was something wrong with ALL of the items. Those people need to be trained all over again. Somebody please call their corporate office and tell them Re-Training at that store (Chickamauga Avenue, Fort Oglethorpe Georgia) is a Must!
