Kids Rock, Inc. — Local services in East Ridge

After seeing the 1 star review of this wonderful day care posted last week I had to step in for the educator involved. For starters, the educator in the previous review would never and has never been accused of yelling at the children. The parent was the one out of line and was causing a scene and decided to do so in front of all the children. I understand there may have been a disagreement but the way the parent chose to handle the situation was immature and frightening to all the innocent bystander children and staff members. I have reported that post as bullying because that’s what this parent is, a bully. I hope that anyone reading these reviews is not discouraged in applying because I, and so many other parents trust this establishment and educators with the wellbeing of our children. My 2 year old son was non verbal when he started coming here back in March of 2024 and is speaking in short sentences now and is excited and motivated to come to day care ever morning. My 18 month old daughter learned how to walk here and is saying 2 to 3 phrase sentences and loves her care takers! Please don’t let that false accusation and review deter you from this...

My son has been there over a year and has learned so much. They are patient with him and all teachers do all they can everyday to make sure he is taken care of. They inform me of everything going on with him and if something I’m unsure on how to proceed they give amazing tips and tricks. My son loves going to daycare. He always tells me every day he was happy to see his teachers and friends. We are so thankful to the whole team for all they do. My family is originally from Florida and we were concerned with the transition. We were reassured and the whole process went smoothly as it could. If you were looking for loving, welcoming, childcare service, Kids Rock is it! My daughter just turned 4yrs years old and already Is learning at a kindergarten level. I Credit, directly to Ms Sandra, andI know her skills will only continue to grow under her care. She cares for and loves her kids like they’re her own. Ms. Sandra sends emails almost daily, providing a progress report and beautiful photos as your child working on their curriculum activities. The daycare is very clean. The entire staff is awesome! Especially both directors Ms. Fran and Ms. Stefani. You don’t have the traditional parent guilt leaving your little ones because you can be certain they are in phenomenal care.
