Taqueria Azteca — Restaurant in East Ridge

I have been ordering here for a while now. My order has not been wrong until today. When I called, the person I was on the phone had an attitude on the phone saying "uh-huh" a lot. So that surprised me a bit since the person who answers has a nice tone. My order was 6 steak tacos and 1 Lengua taco. When I picked up my food, this young lady asked what order I got and I should've checked my food before I left. Because once I got home, I gave my boyfriend's tacos (the 4 steak ones), took a bite of it, and said it was chewy (as you can see in the picture). When he looked more at his plate, he saw 3 steak tacos instead of 4 steak tacos... on top of the chewy meat. My boyfriend looks at my receipt and sees that the price doesn't look right. He adds up to the total and sees that they did charge us the 4 tacos. Charging us one taco they did not put in the plate. Needs to improve its customer service and...

This is a 5 star location. They make a terrific everything...haven't had anything yet that isn't delicious. They have have a sauce that I initially thought was guac. Maybe there is some avocado in there, but it's definitely got jalapeno. It may be creamed jalapeno. It's hot and tasty. Their breakfast hours got cut when the lockdown hit, but I'm hoping they open back up for breakfast at some point.

I don't know what the price complaints are concerning. They have a ton of options with many price points here and if you can't afford a particular item or amount - don't order it. I get it. Times are tough. Tacos are tasty....
