Dr. Uchenna is extremely caring, listens to your questions and answers them. The wait may be a bit long at times but this is because she takes her time with you and your child. As a mother, my frustration with many other Pediatricians is that they just want to schedule your child for shots, try to rush you out, talk over you or belittle your concerns. I absolutely love that she also makes suggestions with respect to caring for your child and she addresses all of your concerns even if your fears may be unfounded. The office runs smoothly and I never have to wait months or several weeks for an appointment. She also calls outside of office hours to check on your child’s progress if they are ill. I would give it a negative 60. When I walked in I thought it was a joke. Two woman were behind the front desk, fighting with each other while shoving food down their throat. It was beyond dirty, the bathrooms were disgusting and the patient rooms smelled of old milk. I was in the room and the receptionist was out in the hall yelling my name bc she had a question regarding my insurance.
