AVOID IF YOU FIT A CERTAIN “PROFILE.” Worst parking situation you can imagine and is targeted by cops!!

There are a total of 6 legal parking spaces in their parking lot, which employees use as well. Adjacent street parking signs have so many rules that the first time I went to the store (and of course parking lot was full) I had to stop just to read the sign. A state trooper stopped behind me and ran my plate while I was reading the sign. When I saw that it is all PERMIT PARKING ONLY, I drove around the entire residential block hoping to find anywhere to park. The trooper followed me, and when I returned to the Wawa parking lot which was still full, he pulled me over due to “suspicious behavior in a high drug area” and even said it was suspicious that my license plate was from Luzerne County. Thankfully I had no license issues and he had no legitimate to keep me because I had already over extended my lunch break but if you have any kind of criminal background or fit a certain profile avoid this area like the plague!!! They have since put up red signs that say “no parking, standing, or stopping” and target this area because they know people are desperate to park for the Wawa.

Anyway, if you are going here for lunch there is almost 0 chance you will be able to park legally and cops FREQUENT and TARGET this area. Do not even bother. Go down the street to Goldberg’s where there is ample street and private parking as well as...

Every. single. time I order form this location my order is wrong. Either they put on the wrong topping or just don't add any. Its very very very annoying because my orders are always simple and only have a max of 3-4 ingredients and they somehow manage to still screw it up. I notice this happens almost 100% of the time in the morning and about 60% of the time at night depending on who is on shift that day. If im lucky and come in at night I get the big friendly guy working on my food and he always makes in right. He is the only worker who prepares the food correctly but unfortunately i don't see him often. I have also noticed that the staff, mostly the women, also don't change their gloves after touching their hair, face, and phones and as someone who also works with food this is just disgusting. I have seen this happen multiple times on my visit and I really would not recommend getting food here unless its the stuff they don't really have to touch, such as the mac and cheese. The staff is normally very friendly especially the cashiers, its just the workers who are working with food need to be trained better. Its either they don't care about their jobs or they just aren't trained properly. Please work on having better hygiene especially, it takes 5 seconds to switch out...

Where do I begin. When ordering food and drinks from there it is very disorganized. Once your food is ready they yell it out. Once they yell it out you would assume your drinks are ready but it usually isn't. You have to first wait for your food and then your drinks at a different section. I don't understand why they just don't call your order number when everything is ready and together. Literally tonight my food was ready and I was waiting for my drink on a makeshift line. The lady in the red shirt kept calling numbers kept calling numbers. When I went to ask about my drink she quickly walked away. So I had to ask the girl at the cashier counter for help. So she went to go make it for me. That's when the girl in red was yelling at her that my drink was at the cashier counter. How unorganized can you be? Who was supposed to know it was there? Not even the cashier girl knew. It needs to be better organized in my opinion. I didn't have time to waste like I did tonight since I work at the hospital across the street. Because of the unorganized mess that I was stuck in I was a few minutes late to get back from my lunch break. Didn't even get a chance to eat...
