The worst $30 I have ever spent. We went here excited for the soup, chilli, salad, and nacho bar and was highly disappointed from the start. The salad bar was sub par, the soup bar had only one kind of soup (clam chowder) and the nacho bar was completely non exsistent. We each ordered a soda for $3 a piece that was in a small cup and only got 1 free refill which we never received. My husband decided to order the steak bomb for $12 which ended up being the equivalent of frozen steak ums and was more bread than anything. I ordered the chicken parm for $17 which came with the salad bar. I had ONE plate of salad, no soup as I don't eat seafood, or chilli. When I finally went to eat my chicken I first had to fight through to even cut it. When I put it in my mouth to chew it was so tough, grisly, and fatty. I was immediately nauseous. My husband tried a bite and had to spit it out. I thought maybe it was just because it was the end of the piece so I attempted to cut it in the middle and a few more places, all the same throughout. I never return food but this was gross. The waiter was rude when I told him about it and informed me that he would take it off the bill but was going to still charge me for the salad bar. $13 for one plate of salad. I said that was ridiculous and when he returned said he only charged me $8 instead. For how inedible that chicken was, my whole meal should have been taken off the bill. I would have given 0 stars if that was an option. On October 25 I called to make a reservation at 5:30. My party arrived on time and noticed there was only one other table seated at this restaurant. We waited to order our food and drinks for about 20 minutes. Another 20 minutes go by and one of the appetizers we ordered came out. Which was odd because we ordered two of that same appetizer. At this point, 40 minutes in, we still have no drinks. A few people at the table ordered waters and lemonades which were nowhere in sight. After sitting around for yet another 20 minutes, an hour later than our reservation time, we still have no drinks and no other food from our order. We went to ask the staff members what was taking so long and were told “there is only one waitress and one bartender and one cook tonight“. So after an entire hour of sitting at the restaurant, we had nothing to show other than one appetizer. It would have been nice if we were told at the time of making our reservation how short staffed they would be. First time in the area for a tournament. Arrived around 8:50pm to eat. The lady at the front to show us our seats was not happy asked how many (only two of us) never said hi just walked away with menus and laid them on a table that we had to find. After waiting for 20-25 minutes, she never came back to our table or to the people that came in before us to ask for drink orders or to even acknowledge us. She cleaned a table, got another table all of their items even walked by and still never acknowledged us. Two larger groups were waiting in the front to be seated and they got SEATED AND WAITED ON BEFORE US by another gentleman. Needless to say we walked out along with other tables who were in before us.
