It took over an hour just to check in..... I was told to come back after their lunch break which is no big deal. I reminded the guy checking us in, "I'm next in line, please don't let other people go ahead of me when you're done with your lunch break". Guess what happened? He let everyone and their mother skip me, and when I reminded him he just shrugged it off. I have to drive 700 miles straight through the night. Every hour spent here is another hour lost of sleep. Truck driver's time is the lowest valued thing known to mankind. I've been here 4 times and every single time, they have taken 4 or more hours. My driver was scheduled to pick-up a load at 1:00 PM. He arrived and checked in at the shipping office at 12:30 PM. They gave him a dock door right away, but did not begin loading him after the second hour. We spent total of 3 hours at this place for 30 pallets of plastic caps. They are by appointment only. At check in they took a photo of the driver (not sure why they will need that) and you have to sit by the loading dock at the time of loading (cannot stay in truck).
