Have had two very bad experiences not only with Microsoft but but with executive custom relations at corporate. Microsoft cancelled my Office 365 subscription without my consent on two separate occasions and wanted me to re-purchase my subscription at an increased rate (from $69.99 to $99.99) even though my credit card was charged the decreased rate which was part of my contract for one more year. Complete bait and switch. Had to spend over 5 hours on the phone and numerous phone calls trying to resolve. When I though it was resolved, had asked one question about the refund process and received the following from Nazareth at the Executive Escalations Team "As we have already attempted to provide you with a resolution multiple times and have not received your confirmation to move forward with refunding the amount you recently paid for the subscription using your credit card, I will be closing this case at this time." This was never the case, I just needed to confirm something with the refund process before proceeding. The escalation team then lied to the PA attorney general's office when questioned about the case blaming me for not being responsive. So horrible on more than one occasion. Cannot say how frustrating my...
Read moreThis isn't a bad review against this specific office location, but Microsoft Corporation. Microsoft constantly cancelling support for previous versions like Windows 10 in October 2025 is showing their greed. I have used windows since windows 95 and I believe the version prior to that, but will no longer. If you do not pay extra money or buy windows 11 they won't offer support on their own products. They are the largest OS yet they are still greedy to try and force you to pay more for newer systems. I'm currently selling my Xbox while keeping my PS5 and switching my OS to Linux. I highly recommend others do the same or get into apple and stick with their products. Microsoft focused on large companies/businesses and forgot about the millions of home PC users. With the prices of everything going up to be forced to buy a new laptop or overpay for Windows 11 it just isn't worth it. Anyone with Windows 10 not aware that they will lose all support and security of their operating system should look into Linux or switching to...
