Nudys Cafe The Grove — Restaurant in East Whiteland Township

WOW by far worst dining experience I've ever had.. even worse was how the manager handled the situation.. I've never written a negative review before but I jst couldn't let this happen to someone else I was treated so horribly.. I was talked down to, by the manager he1 tried to humiliate me and at no time did he ever try to resolve my issue there was absolutely no customer service.. I ordered eggs Benedict wht I received was uncooked Canadian bacon hardened poached eggs something tht was supposed to be hollandaise sauce but was nothing like it and raw hash browns plus the entire plate was ice cold.. I thought it was strange whn the waitress brought the meal within a couple of min after ordering it .. we told the waitress of the problem and she got the manager and he stated tht thts how they serve there version of eggs Benedict quote un quote.. he was extremely rude from the start.. I asked him if meant his version is uncooked, raw tasteless and cold is his version and he sais YES.. and as he dismissed me he said have a nice day. Now I'm not one to normally complain in this type of situation I'm always polite as i was in this situation I usually jst shrug it off I've never written a bad review or anything but my goodness this was the absolute worst I've ever witnessed terrible, terrible customer service by far.. Absolutely disgusting customer service. I placed my order at the wrong location. The “manager” got on the phone and asked what happened after I just explained it to the person who answered the phone. I explained again the order was placed at the incorrect location and I wasn’t driving 30 mins to pick it up. The “manager” was incredibly rude, asking “ok so what you want us to do?” I said I want the order cancelled. And then I asked who she was, she said she was the manager. I said oh ok bc I’m wondering why your talking to me like that. The lady said bc tell us what you want, I have customers here. I said ok we’ll I paid and I’m a customer too, she said well they’re waiting so stop yelling and tell us what you want. A refund. ABSOLUTELY AVERAGE! I came to this cafe expecting a breakfast worthy of 4.3 stars, but I was sadly disappointed. When we first walked in at 8:30 am, all the employees were staring at us so we felt a bit uncomfortable. I ordered a simple pancakes and eggs. My friend ordered French toast and eggs. OUR FOOD CAME QUICKLY, which is a plus. Everything we ate was pretty bland. To be honest, while I ate all my food, it was HARD to do so. My friend only ate the rest of their food because I was paying😂 our server was kind but didn’t seem like they wanted to be there. That behavior made us feel like we maybe shouldn’t have come.
