Chick-fil-A — Restaurant in East Whiteland Township

Visit would've been fine, the girl on the speaker was a tad short and almost seemed like she didn't want to be taking our order. Nevertheless, it's okay. My partner orders "mac and cheese as my side for my meal", she says our total is $29 which i thought was a tad high for 2 people but it's also Chick-Fil-a. We get up to the window and what I believe to be the manager double checks what cheese I ordered on my grilled club, awesome! The sandwich I ordered was supposed to have lettuce, tomato, bacon, a white bun, and extra cheese I paid for, with no issue. As we're waiting after paying, I see that the girl on the speaker added the mac and cheese on as a-la-carte, not as a substitute for the fries....okay no big deal $4 extra. After the manager confirms what cheese I want we get our bag and are on our way. Sadly, when we arrive home I am given the complete wrong sandwich that had 0 cheese, 0 toppings and the bun I specifically changed, obviously for someone else, the point being I wont be eating this. I understand mistakes happen but when the pricing for extra cheese, bacon and toppings are what they are it's really disappointing when you do not receive them....on top of getting the mac and cheese added a-la-carte. $30 essentially down the drain, we got maybe $18 of food we'll actually be eating. Just sad because Chick-FilA normally doesn't need me to check my bag before I leave the parking lot, I will...

I’ve been here a few times and never order fries. I always get a fruit cup I’m place of fries. I placed my order and asked for the meal to be large (large drink and large fruit cup). I received a small fruit cup so I told them that a large one was ordered. The kid came back to my table and said they only have one size fruit cup. I told him that I’ve gotten the larger one at other Chick Fil A’s recently. I asked for the operator of the store and they said he wasn’t available so a manager came to my table and said they have a small and medium fruit cup but don’t offer a large. I told him that a good friend of mine owns a Chick Fil A and that I had just been texting with her about the fruit cup sizes and she advised that Chick Fil A DOES in fact offer the fruit cup in a large size. This manager, Ray, said that it’s the operator’s discretion whether or not they offer the large fruit cup. Again, my friend who is also a Chick Fil A operator said that is not true. The CFA operators don’t make this decision it’s set by Chick Fil A. Ray was also a little stand off ish, didn’t care for his attitude. ONE star, I won’t come...

They really can’t figure out what’s going on here with all the people in the area obviously they are not getting the proper training by the management staff and especially the franchisee. At this point it is unacceptable and probably won’t be coming back I wish other patrons in the air he would see how subpar the service is at the very least I don’t recommend coming here.
