I'm here semi frequently & adore almost all of the staff. The brunette in her 30's that just came back from vacation has the worst attitude ever.. unless you're a man or an older woman. I've gone out of my way to be nice on many occasions and it never seems to be enough to impact her interaction with me. I practically went skipping in there today to watch her be very friendly to other patrons and immediately change her tone when she rung me out. Poor customer service/ jealousy isn't very cute.

I might suggest some extra customer service training. Customer service doesn't end with the people you genuinely/ or would like to cater to - coming from an overly polite person with over 10-15 years in sales/...

I love this place usually but recently they have a few employees who are terrible customer service people. they have no personality no care for the customer..always on the phone and never say hi or goodbye. there is one with black hair and a hand tattoo who is the worst and should not be employed in any customer service role anywhere. please fix this service issues or I WILL go...
