I looked this place up online because it was nearby I Will say the man behind the counter was very helpful, but he also didn’t tell me anything about the return policy, and I got completely taken advantage of and ripped off told me I got a great deal they had me pay over $800 for a iPhone 13 Pro Max I could’ve got iPhone, 15 for the same price not to mention the phone I got from them doesn’t work it doesn’t hold power like I was told, my broken old phone held better battery power. This store is amazing!!!! Hard working, honest, and nice run family business…Best customer service. Billy & Moe are the best! They are honest and will work with you. I got my iPhone 11 there unlocked for my trip to Spain. I also usually go to get my vapes there every week. I went there because of the reviews, so I had to leave a review too. The worker I had was nice but AT&T is criminal. They took away my $22 reimbursement for my “free” iPhone after November without telling me and started charging me more. Then, they won’t let you out of the plan after they failed to live up to their end of the bargain.
