Post move-out final review of Management and Maintenance Staff, two plus years of being a resident (09/20/2024);
As you can see from my history of google reviews over the past two plus years, my husband and I loved being part of this community! From the amazing communications with the management and maintenance staff all the way to being part of the annual Halloween celebrations, we loved living there. The neighborhood was quiet, beautifully kept and the neighbors in general were very friendly and welcoming. Although we all kept mostly to ourselves, if you ever needed help from someone nearby they would almost always be there for you. All the wonderful charity events and holiday get togethers really helped make you feel like you were part of the community. In fact, if I had not had a fall recently (I am clumsy!), we would still be living in our townhome! Never having lived in Massachusetts before, we were afraid that we would feel like outsiders for a while but being part of the Avalon Easton Community almost instantly changed that feeling and we are so very grateful for that. I would strongly recommend this community to any family members or friends without hesitation. Again we thank them all for such an amazing introduction to the people of Massachusetts and send them all the best wishes and biggest thanks for all of their support and hard work!

Read moreUnfortunately we never even got the chance to view the community or see what is offered. Upon showing up for our well ahead scheduled 3:30 tour- we were greeted by Julie who apparently had better things to do then spend a moment with us. Immediately she treated us like we were not welcome. After being curt and rude, she said they had no apartments they could show us (which is fine) but never gave explanation of amenities or anything else. How do you expect someone to rent an apartment here if they can’t see anything or ask any questions? We live at an Avalon on Long Island and I have to say; this is the WORST experience I’ve had by far. So thanks for the wasted time as we only had a few days here to find something. We will be relocating to another property that welcomed us like old friends and spent considerable time with us making sure we’re comfortable with the property. Maybe this associate could learn a thing or two from them (like offering a coffee or water or just being fricking nice to people).

Read moreThis community is gorgeous. Everything is so brand new and luxurious. The pool area offers a sun lounge, a grill area a beautiful fire pit along with a dog park a playground package services a whole trash room with recycling… There’s a pond on site animals allowed and really affordable units that are extremely well done. The fitness center is also very appealing. They offer filtered water at several different stations. The club room is huge equipped with the kitchenette for gatherings. I am assuming for rent.
I went for a tour today of several different units and ended up calling into a customer service for assistance and was connected to a customer service rep named Jaq who went above and beyond helping me navigate the property and the units.
