I've been a loyal/regular customer for many years. The family that owns this store are also wonderful people. Having said that, they now are charging customers .20 cent for a bag to put your purchase (i.e. money you already gave them for their products that they already make a profit on) in. My total purchase was just over $40.00. When I explained to the clerk that this is nickel and diming your loyal customers and that no other liquor store (including their other store Liquor World near Target) in the area has this policy, she dug her heels in and still insisted that I pay. So instead, I cancelled my transaction and had her give me a full refund. I then went down the street and spent my money with one of their competitors. So not only did they lose the sale, but that sale went to one of their rival stores. They also lost a loyal customer. This is not how you do business or keep regular customers in an ultra competitive market.

The owner of this establishment also owns the gas station on the corner of 106 and 138 and I’ve never had an issue at either spot. Both the liquor store and gas station have a very very good prices. But most of all is their outstanding employees
