Starbucks — Restaurant in Easton

My daughter went in today to order an Iced Brown Sugar Oatmilk Shaken Espresso. It’s on the menu. From Starbucks own website: Blonde espresso, brown sugar and cinnamon together, and then top it off with oatmilk and ice. First the girl asks her what type of espresso she wants. She says blonde and is confused because it’s clearly in the drink. Then the other girl starts rudely saying it’s a regular espresso shot not blonde. They didn’t even know that there was supposed to be brown sugar in it and it’s in the name. Treated her as if she was stupid. We go to Starbucks all the time all over Massachusetts and have never had this problem, or this amount of attitude. Staff...

I had been to this Starbucks several times. But I am not happy about Brandi-- one of the baristas. She did not have a good customer service. For instance, I went here today, and I did ask if they were doing a happy hour. Instead of replying back to me, she gave me attitude. I do not know if she saw me as a kid but I am a Starbucks member for a long time and I am not happy about that at all. She could give me a nice reply back if they do not do happy hour. I am sorry to say this but my experience about this Starbucks is the worst...

Here we go again...it's getting warm out people you offer great drinks but never have the supplies to make them....hello what's going on here. When you reorder order x2.
