If you are looking to be met with disrespect, frustration, and incompetence, this is the perfect store for you! I had many issues my last visit, but here are some highlights. At the beginning of my visit, I told Malcolm (a sad excuse for a “Store Manager”), the back screen of my phone was shattered, so I requested he did not take the case off before my information was transferred to my new phone. He disregarded that and took the case off anyways, and shards of glass fell out. Suddenly my old phone stopped turning on and I was unable to transfer data to my new phone. I was the only person in the store, so Malcolm asked his colleagues (who were toying around together doing nothing productive) for help, and only one nice associate was willing to try (she was the only positive aspect of this visit). My phone was never fixed, and I lost hundreds of photos and 8 years worth of text messages I’ll never get back. Additionally, Malcolm was constantly trying to upsell me bundles for items I repeatedly told him I didn’t need. He even sold me a 512GB phone without any mention of the larger memory, and much larger price tag (which I discovered on my bill weeks later). He noticed that as a young female, I was the perfect target to manipulate, and he did so in the only way he was able to. Upon realizing I was oversold and had a phone that costs $300 more than I anticipated, I called the store to see what my exchange options were. Malcolm said there was a $100 restocking fee, whereas Verizon corporate told me it was only supposed to be $50 - something’s not adding up here. I asked for the store owner’s name, and was rudely told by Malcolm I could "Google it myself". How charming! Joke of a manager, joke of a store.

Read moreBeware cell customers!!! This is not a Verizon store!! Feel as though I was not told the whole truth about several things at this place. I very specifically asked how much I had to pay today and at the end there was an additional $50 fee to set up (transfer data) from phone to phone. I would have done this myself if I was told when I asked. Verizon trade ins let you take both phones so you don't have to pay these fees for something you can do in 20 minutes yourself and drop off your trade in within 30 days for the trade in credit....I was told when asked that they do not do that anymore and "we" will set it up for you without any disclosure of the $50 dollar fee even though I specifically asked about costs for todays visit. I went to a Verizon Store after leaving this place and talked to them about this situation and they agreed that the process was not according to the policies set forth by Verizon and they did make things right for me. Verizon customers should just go to Verizon if they want to be treated fair, this place should not have the Verizon name pasted all over their building if they can't follow...
Read moreI am going through a similar issue as Daniel Shea. I went in August to replace my iphone 8. The sales person said I was eligible for an Iphone 15 for "free". When I asked him if it was really for free he said "well if you pay $5 a month for 36 months." I decided to pay that amount up front. He said I would see the $640 credit on my bill for the difference. I also told him I did not want phone protection. I noticed on the first bill i was being charged for both. I called him and he said give it a couple billing cycles. My October bill still had both charges on it so I called the store. Person that picked up said they needed to research it and would call me back in 20 minutes. That didn't happen. So I then emailed the store with the invoice. I still haven't received a response. I feel as though either they messed up when the put the order through, or, mislead me when I bought the phone. Regardless, I would be wary before going to this store given my experience and one of the more recent reviews that aligns with...
