Shino Sushi.Grill.Bar — Restaurant in Easton

Extremely poor, slow service.

We arrived with a party of four, and had a reservation. Our first couple of appetizers arrived quickly, and after about 15 minutes a large party of 8 arrived. After that our service absolutely disappeared. We placed our order and sat, watching the larger party get all of their appetizers, regular drink refills, and after we'd been there for about 45 minutes, their entrees began to arrive. Our empty appetizer plates hadn't been bussed and all of our waters were empty. We had to ask twice to get our water refilled. After about an hour the large party had all of their food and were finishing up and we hadn't gotten a single entree. Just as we were deciding if we should just leave at this point, one sushi roll came out to our table, and a few minutes later, the waiter brought over a couple plates of food we hadn't ordered. We sent it away and waited a while longer, before eventually deciding to leave, frustrated and hungry.

We were excited having seen the great reviews, but this was the worst dining experience I've had in a while.

Hidden gem in South Easton.

Came here with family on a Thursday’s night. Made a reservation to be sure that we have a table for 8 top. Came on time and was seated right away. The ambience is very welcoming and charming.

The food was sooooo good. Everything we ordered was very tasty and well balanced. Food presentation was great as well. I didn’t have time to take photos of all the food that came out because my family couldn’t wait. Every dish that hit the table was almost immediately gone.

Minus one star for service. There were 2 busters and 1 server. I understand restaurant was busy but server could have been a little more attentive. Busters weren’t knowledgeable at all. Still tip even though we were ehh about service. Please tip your servers at least 20% unless they were reallllly bad. Bad as in you had to go get your own food from the kitchen. If you don’t like to tip then just do take out. Be kind to people.

End judgement, I will dine...

We had been waiting for this place to open. Stopped by today and finally walked in. Great atmosphere. Great service.

Everything we tried was fresh and tasted amazing. Pork Belly Buns were fresh and made from scratch (tasted incredible) Maguro Tuna was very tender and tasted great. Spider and Scorpion rolls were also amazingly fresh and tasted really good. We also got a Spicy Tuna roll which again tasted fresh and delicious.

They have a bunch of different Saki's to choose from as well as a few specialty drinks. I tried this Grapefruit one that was just the right amount of tart and sweet and overall tasted incredible.

I would definitely recommend that other people try...
