I have never left a negative review in my life and I do realize that this is not a Michelin starred restaurant, but dear me, I also think that you can expect some sort of standard when you go out to eat. Unfortunately, the standard at this restaurant was very poor. Where do I start? Unfortunately, a bad customer service experience tainted the evening. Awful. Service from start to finish was not good. The staff was very unprofessional and rude. Would give it a zero this place is horrible. It was overall a very bad experience. The waitress Kelsey was swearing not listening had a very bad attitude. This waitress does not deserved to serve any customers. She gave us a bad time and all my colleagues and I wanted to do was go out and enjoy Cinco de Mayo with laughter, drinks and a delicious meal.

Our plates were placed on the table without a word, and by the time we looked up to say "thanks," the waiter's back was turned and he was gone. I had considered ordering a Margarita, but there was no real opportunity, since I hadn't ordered it at the same time that I ordered my food. The food was unexpectedly bland (taco salads), so I added the salsa that had come with the chips. I noticed that most other women were carrying roses as they left their tables. It felt almost as if we'd been singled out to receive cruddy service. Somehow, my companion, who was paying for the meal and tip, hadn't noticed all this and gave our waiter an average tip. On the plus side, the waiter ensured that we took roses as we were leaving, since it was Mother's Day, and they had a big bucket of roses...
Read moreThe food is always great - but the service is definitely lacking. We've never had dinner in the restaurant so it might be a different experience but we do take outs every couple of months and it's consistently screwed up. They either give you a different dish or short you on something and when you call to discuss and ask them to fix it, they ALWAYS have attitude. Sometimes they'll tell you to come back and pick up what was missing, and when you get there - they are like, it will be 40 min wait for the rice and beans plate. Or they'll strait forward refuse to admit they messed up. So... unless you check everything when you pick up (which is hard sometimes because we usually place big orders for sharing with friends and it comes - supposed to - with multiple sides, dressings, etc.), be prepared to be missing some...
