The crowning touch to my brand new, completely renovated, ktichen, was the beautiful work that Quartz & granite Pro did with the Cambria Fairbourne quartz for the island, the countertops, the full backsplash, and backsplash on the sides of the counter-height bumped out windows

Nowhere were seams we visible. Even when the backspalsh went around to the bumped-out kitchen window, the edges at the corner were mitered, but there was no sign of the two 45° edges coming together to create a 90° angle. It looks as though it were a seamless, one-piece corner.

This family-owned business takes such pride in their craftsmanship; the attention to detail is unparalleld; they put their heart and soul into their work, and it shows in every respect.

I explored other stone companies but there's something special, with a family owned business, from the minute I walked into their place. You're greeted with a warm, friendly smile. You know immediately how much they care about the customer and the pride they take in their work.

Making the customer happy takes precedent, and it shows in every way, from start to finish. The minute you meet them, to when they come into your house, the respect and care (and the spotless cleanup work they do at the end) and consideration they show, the flawless artistry of their work, you know without a doubt, you made the right choice with them.

And if they have an idea, even though it may have not been thought of, considered or discussed prior, it was always a spot -on perfct after-thought idea.

As there was unused portions of the slab, Julio had ideas how to use some of the quartz in the master bathroom, as well as the half bath, and some things in the kitchen as well ( thank you for the kitchen rolling cart top! That was special).

I usually hate checking contractor's work after it is done, because I am a perfectionist, but I don’t like complaining. Most times with contractors I find something I am not happy with. I then struggle with whether the issue is big enough to complain about, or if I should just forget about it or fix it myself. As I have matured, I now demand more, but I hate the whole process.

With Julio, I had nothing to complain about. Our new counters look beautiful, and his crew was very professional. Honestly, the kitchen counter came out better than I would have ever hoped. On close inspection, everything was great. Even the joint with the existing backsplash, which I was concerned would be a problem, came out great. I was thrilled that I could not find anything about the work that bothered me. I can't even pass that test with my own work!

Julio clearly takes great pride in his work, from the way he enthusiastically shows his counter materials to explaining the possibilities. The process was painless, and I know that the value provided was far better than any big box store or kitchen provider would have given.

Our experience was very positive. We called ahead to make sure that we stop by to take a look at their samples, and they were very responsive. When we arrived, we were greeted and they took their time talking us through our options. We left that day with a rough estimate of cost, a sample of the countertop we wanted so we could see how it looked in our kitchen, and an appointment for them to measure the space. The measurement was quick and easy, they were able to give us a quote that included deinstallation of our current countertops and installation of a new sink. They were upfront that they could not connect the sink, so there were no surprises there. They confirmed the appointment time via the Square app, so we were always prepared for when they would be arriving. Our only minor issue was that they were late the day of installation by over an hour without a phone call or text to let us know. We both work from home, so our only concern is that we would be in meetings when they arrived. The installation was clean and simple, the countertops look great, and we were even given a cutting board that matches the countertops, which we really enjoy.
