very angering experience. me and my friend went here, i went to coinstar to turn my change into cash, my friend was looking at christmas stuff. got my cash voucher from the coinstar and my friend got what she was looking for and we went to checkout and of course with a cash voucher you have to go to a register with a cashier so we went to the first lane. i went first so she could scan my voucher and give me my cash and the cashier scanned it, didnât know what she was doing AT ALL so she turned me away and told me to go to the guest services counter. with her snarky and rude attitude i simply said âokayâ and waited as my friendâs items were rung up. she paid and we went on our way to the guest services counter where the lady scanned my voucher which surprise surprise it didnât work. the cashier at lane 1 had scanned my voucher and didnât take it back out of the system before she started scanning my friends items so 100% of my voucher went towards my friends purchase. i explained to the guest service lady what happened and she had no clue as to what to do. she left, came back 5 minutes later and tried to refund my friends items, which surprise surprise, didnât work. she told me to keep my voucher and my friends receipt and come back tomorrow when thereâs a manager, since there was nothing more she could do for me. i called back 3 times to talk to a manager, none of those times i got to actually speak to one. i called walmart customer service line as well but they were no help either. they didnât even realize i was on the phone and they were having a normal conversation as i was screaming in the phone âhello? hello?? is anyone there?â i am beyond angry with this situation and will not be going back to this walmart. with the workers attitudes and how they talk to customers, with the way they literally donât know what theyâre doing yet wonât ask for help, itâs just really truly sad. if i could give this review 0 stars i most...

If you miss the entrance you have to drive all the way out into traffic on main hwy. and drive around again to get there . Customer service was not good. I did not see a sign stating that the self check out was credit only . I had to wait a long time before cashier came over because she was carrying on a long conversation with a customer, only to tell me in not such a good tone that when the screen has a red band around it , it means it is credit. She told me to move to another register but didn't bother to guide me to which one . She cancels it and I moved to another register only to find that I needed her to okay the sale of a can opener . So I had to wait again while she was busy talking with another customer . She wasn't professional and had an attitude . Also , Prices for single pieces of silverware and mugs were ridiculously priced at $3.97 per piece of silverware and $8.00 to $ 15.00 for kids mugs and adults were $10.00 and up . Crazy prices . When you buy a whole set of silverware it was only $10.97 but I didn't need all that and yes I had to buy it . It was a small store more like the neighborhood or family store. I cannot thank Jayden C. enough for the incredible help he provided me at the Easton Walmart on Christmas Eve. I was running around in a total panic, trying to find gifts for my nephew, and Jayden completely saved the day. Not only did he help me locate everything I needed, but he did it with such kindness, patience, and professionalism.
It was chaotic in the store, as youâd expect on Christmas Eve, but Jayden kept such a positive and calm demeanor. He didnât just point me in the right direction; he personally walked me to the aisles I needed, made thoughtful suggestions for age-appropriate gifts, and even helped me find a few last-minute stocking stuffers. I could tell he genuinely cared about making sure I left with everything I needed.
Jayden turned what could have been a stressful shopping experience into something truly memorable.
