Popeyes Louisiana Kitchen — Restaurant in Easton

So, I usually don't leave reviews, but I wanted to get the word out how awful this Popeyes is. I've attempted to order from here TWICE now. The first time I went, I wanted a chicken sandwich meal, they didn't have it. I thought to myself "well, thats fine, it happens sometimes" and went on with my night, no problem.

I recently ordered from them again, the day before writing this, and it was no better. I tried ordering a chicken sandwich meal once again, still no chicken sandwiches... how?? With over a week of trying to order you still don't have chicken?? So then I tried ordering the ghost pepper wings... which they also didn't have!

So, I just sat there, now trying to figure out what to even order until I just defaulted to spicy tenders, which actually came pretty fast, which was great.

HOWEVER,

An inexcusable mistake, they didn't give me any sauce to eat my chicken with, they didn't give any honey for my biscuit, nothing. Zilch.

How is a Popeyes going to give chicken without any sauce whatsoever? Oh, and the worker who handed us our food was rude as well. I wanna give it another chance to just get what I've been craving, but I don't even want to with how awful the service has been thus far, might as well go...

Been going to this Popeyes for many years. Have been away for a year or so. Went 3/5/22, ordered chicken sandwich only, husband fish sandwich only plus 1large drink . We were charged for the chicken sandwich deal, and fish deal or dinner, whatever you call them. Running late, did not check. Also did not get a receipt. We were charged 18 dollars n change. No, we didn’t think anything about it till we were about 20 miles away and I questioned hubby. That’s when we pulled over and checked what we had. 1 classic chicken, 1 flounder, nothing else except the. Soda. There was no receipt which I found a bit odd. Wasn’t bad enough about that but the fish was cooked but cold and the chicken was not completely cooked, it was rubberly. Popeyes has the best chicken out there, no one can top theirs. This was very surprising. This Popeyes is on rt.50 in Easton, Md. on the main drag going to Ocean city Md. Thousands go past there and/or down rt.50 to OCEAN CITY MD. All summer long. I don’t believe you want this kind of problem in an area where you could lose thousands of dollars. Thanks for your great chicken n fish sandwich, I will go to another Popeyes to get mine, it’s my Friday...

If I could give them zero stars I would this has to be one of the worst Popeyes I have ever been to. Every time I come here the food is under cooked or I am just missing stuff I can't tell you how many time they have forgot to put my sides in the bag and then last night they topped it off I bought a 16 piece and there was no wings in there there wasn't anything to even substitute And then I wasn't even told that they didn't have wings would you like a substitute you spend 50 some dollars on chicken you expect to get what you pay for but not here definitely will not be coming back to this Popeyes ever again( to the owners comment below you obviously have no clue how to fix the problem because I'm not the first person it seems on here to have an issue with your establishment and all you can write is how sorry you are and that you'll address it please save your half ass comment and...
