After a couple hours of work I headed over to Taco Bell with my mom, the wait to take my order was quick and we waited about five minutes to make it to the window. I had my window down and I hear the man in front of me yell “I’m the customer you don’t get to talk to me that way.” Yes sir, you are the customer but the cashier is also a person just trying to do their job to the best of their ability and no one deserves to be talked to in that manner. I work as a waitress and when I get rude customers it honestly makes me want to stop doing my job. When we pulled up to the window, Dawn (the very kind woman who I can only assume took my order) told us that they did not have beef and they could replace it with another meat; she then told us the wait for beef would be about 20 minutes. I was hungry but I’m not going to throw a fit when they are obviously busy so I told her I could pull around and I didn’t mind waiting for beef. I proceeded to pay and she let me know that the beef was ready and they were putting my order together. Dawn asked if I could pull around so I did and I tipped her because although the window was closed I could tell how stressed she was about taking orders and getting them ready at the same time. I couldn’t tell if she was the one who was yelled at by the gentleman in front of me or not but whoever it was deserves to be treated just like any other human. Dawn had asked if I could pull around and I waited about another three minutes but I didn’t mind because I was hungry but it wasn’t going to kill me. After receiving my food from a nice gentleman named Kody I asked him to tell Dawn that I hope the rest of her night gets better. I didn’t look in my bag until after I got home and they had everything I had asked for and threw in two cookies. Overall, people need to be nicer to the people taking orders at a fast food restaurant, it may be a fast food restaurant but when they are busy and getting close to closing they don’t deserve to be treated rudely. Read moreI was at the drive thru at the KFC/Taco Bell on Coastal Hwy in Easton, MD at 10:10am. I wasn't aware that the restaurant didn't open until 10:30. I kept saying... Hello....Hello. I looked for business hours in the drive thru menu or around the menu, there were none! I saw cars in the parking lot & an employee in the parking lot talking on their cell phone. I then drove up to the window. The girl at the window opened the window & rudely told me they didn't open until 10:30 & that the hours are on the door! I told her that I couldn't see that from the drive thru, & I had had been said hello a couple times into the intercom. Now this is what I would call absolutely terrible customer service! She was rude, the employee in the parking lot was rude, & if they had only taken 1 minute of their time to say "Ma'am we don't open until 10:30am, would you care to wait." I would have waited, because by this time it was 10:15am. Instead they were rude & treated me with no respect, so I left & went home. I believe the hours of operation should be posted at the drive thru, & I feel that these individuals need to be reminded that customer service is of the utmost importance! Read moreI can't even begin to explain how terrible my trip was tonight. Not only did I sit in line for 15 mins but it took them 5 just to reprint my receipt. I got my food my 5 layer burrito without beans was just beef and cheese no rice or cheese in between. The tortillas were dry and stale. I walked back in asked for a fresh one no beans..... The employees in the back laughed about making it wrong.... I get it thank the guy very much. Get home and only 1 of the 5 items I had were edible. The chicken inside the grillers we're rock hard and old. They basically flattened them with the press. But then I go to eat my burrito and it feels right nice and fat. Take a bite and there is no beef just beans. I try to call and no one answers and I get a dial tone like I'm trying to call my friend Steven from down the street in 1997 but his mom's on the internet. This is super bad I'll be there in the morning receipt in hand for a full refund.
