This Tunkhannock Aldi is nice!...it's new and clean and never really crowded. I go mainly for bulk produce and meat. Walmart is across the street and I do not care for their meat. I will say the prices for a la carte produce are pretty comparable, except Aldi is cheaper in bulk quantity packages. I still go to Walmart to complete my grocery order because of the greater selection and name brand products. If you aren't going to miss certain name brand items and don't mind the taste difference, Aldi is great. For me, I can't complete a full grocery order for my family by just shopping at Aldi but I recommend it for picking up a couple items or if you have time to really look at what they have. It's not the biggest one I've been to (such as in large cities you want any), but they usually have everything I expect them to have and then some. My daughter lives closer to the larger store in our nearby big and she still comes to our little one because we get some unique items that she does not find in her usual store.
