Burger King — Restaurant in Eaton Township

I went through the drive through about 5 minutes ago; when I pulled up to the window the man who took my order said "what would you like" with an attitude. I said I want your 2 for $5 extra long cheeseburger and chicken sandwich. He followed up with "what else"? I said medium fries, he said "is that all"? I said and a Large Oreo Shake. He said "they only come in one size" blah blah blah. I said no problem he said go to window 2. So i get to the window and the woman held her hand out. So i'm getting mad and asked how much it was. She told me I handed her my card. She then asked for my ID.... So i gave her my ID and then she said I can't accept this because the name on your card doesn't match the name on your ID. It was my wife's card because I had lost mine. I eventually got my food. I am beyond pissed and I work 2 seconds down the road. I WILL NOT be returning. PISS POOR...

Went there bought 4 whopper with cheese had the buy one get one card I knew I would save close to 2.00 with this . When I got to the window the girl who was nice to me had the manager tell me i can't use the card with the deal very rudely I knew that told her to change it to a reg price. She put back two of the whopper hands me the bag . I say is there 4 whoppers in there she says no. I told her I want the 4 whoppers. She now is shaking her head in annoyance when I have to explain to her change the two for 6 to reg price and give me one free. How hard is that not hard at all I know I work at mcdonalds i do it all the time with a smile. The last time I went here we are inside and some fat dirty looking manager decided to eat food out of the warming station leaning up against. Grossed me out you don't touch food out of the people containers in front of customers. So...

I'll say it was an experience. i still can't get it out of my mind. thought this like that only happen on TV listen i was enjoying my meal quietly, specifically sat by side of soda dispenser away from main area. this guy huffs up, storms in burger in hand.... oh no this can't be good. i pick at my onion rings.... can't help hearing the meek voice of the server and his only louder...... what she's crying what. I had to yell from my seat for him to leave her alone. i said," leave her alone she's been here all day" she messed up my order. So What i Said. after he left they said he threw food at the drive thru too before coming in i had to say somethin', just like tv huh. good...
