Hello! I would like to share my story on what happened to my family at this store. A few months ago my family and I decided to go here to buy a ukulele, lessons, and a case. We paid all for the previously listed things up front, and were highly pleased with the instrument and lessons. However, the case that we paid for was not in stock, which is fully understandable as things can in fact go out of stock! We waited a few months for the case we paid for to be ordered, but we never got a notice. Eventually, we decided to just go in and check. We went in, and we received a case that was nothing like what we ordered. It was a flimsy case with fully broken zippers. Apparently, a different family came in before us and gave the owner some cases that were meant to be thrown out because of the zippers being broken. We came in afterwards, and that was what we received. I really don't believe that that is at all how you should treat your customers, especially ones that paid for everything up front. This place is very nice, the lessons were highly enjoyable, and the instrument we bought was of high quality, but this was just one instance where the service was a tad bit horrid for our end. I would recommend going to this place if you so choose, but please be aware of something like this possibly happening! (By the way, I do not mean to slander your store in any way, I'm simply writing about a truthful experience that I had at your store. Please, do not take this as offense to specifically you, because I understand that mishaps can happen, but it would be nice to make sure that it never did happen again to...
Read moreI went online to find an amplifier and this was the only place that turned up in my search. So I go to order it and a few days later I check my order status and see they refunded my money. I sent them a message asking why they did that and I have yet to get a response. I check paypal and see an obscure note left with the transaction saying they have not had what I was looking for in stock for quite some time. So instead of keeping their website up to date they decided to wait until the point that they forgot all about it....
