I was truly iffy on switching from my prepaid straight talk I walked into T mobile and right off the back I felt welcomed Manager Eric approached me told it would be 20 mins needless did he know we was gonna be there for AWHILE cause of issues with the phone!
Mike ended up waiting on me and my fiancée and it was all laughs he was a good guy made sure we understood everything told him he wouldn’t have issues with me if he laid it all out no hidden fees and he did the math gave me a ball park and my fiancée phone took an hour to shut off the find my iPhone due to security measures Mike was patient we got mine done while waiting on her or we thought!
A few hours in after fiancée phone was able to be transferred we then had an issue getting my old number transferred but they stayed on it and got it done between Mike, Eric, and I we got it done! Towards the end Sarah had come in and she was just as much as part of the team there was a lot of laughs and smiles but overall I highly recommend great people and atmosphere!
From the sale person waiting on us Mike 10/10 to Eric 10/10 and then Sarah came late but she was awesome too 10/10 I will be back for internet and dealing with yall they made the change easy but long but not due to there issue thank you again we will be in touch keep up the good work guys!!!

Couldn’t ask for a better service provider, store or customer experience. The Manager is incredible and the staff are equally as efficient, knowledgeable, and kind. No hidden fees, no gimmicks and no nonsense like Verizon wireless.
We were so incredibly frustrated with our prior carrier and their rates constantly increasing and poor customer service - that after 14 years we took a chance on TMobile. Our only regret is that we didn’t switch sooner. We now have 5G in places we had no service.
