I have had very good experiences shopping at Festivals stores in EauClaire. Everyone there is very friendly in both the Birch Street and Clairemont Avenue stores. The Festival stores have items that I cannot find at Wal-Mart or other stores in the area. The prices are very competitive and comparable with other stores in the area and for some things are actually cheaper. Like any other person out there we are all looking for the best deals and if you watch your prices like and sales you will do well to shop at Festival. The best part is their extensive selections in the deli area with many great cold salads or just old favorites like potato salad and coleslaw. They have a very delicious marinated chicken that is available at the meat counter where you can select one portion or more depending on your needs, and it is delicious on the grill. Another great plus is the connection with rewards for gas to Kwik Trip that you can use with your Kwik Trip rewards as well. So when you shop you can also save money on fuel to get you to the store and home! It's a win win situation and you also get quality food to feed your...
Read moreWILL NOT BE RETURNING. Over charged to REFILL our 5 gallon jugs which was supposed to be 39 cents per gallon. We were charged $7.99 EACH and we had 2 of them. So we went to talk to the lady at customer service and she was ready to dismiss us without even helping us. She kept insisting that we're supposed to be charged that much without taking her time to actually assess the situation. It's not like it's our first time there so we knew what we were paying for. We had to go take a picture of the prices by the refill station to SHOW her and she still insisted that the price is $7.99. She finally refunded money back and said "I'll refund you money back just because...but next time, just know that you'll be charged $7.99". But if the price was really $7.99, she wouldn't have given us a refund. To my understanding from the SIGNS they put up, buying a brand new 5 gallon jug WITH water in it already is $6.99. But in our situation, we had EMPTY gallon jugs for REFILL. they're...
Read moreThis is by far the worst Festival foods I have visited in years - This is by far one of the worst grocery stores I have visited in a very long time. Their entire fresh produce section (if you can even call it that) looks like it hasn't been touched in over a week. I went to talk to talk to a shift lead and I've heard nothing but excuses to make me happy in order to have me not make the reviews for this. They did bring out a fresh cart of produce which was also fairly lack luster. I wouldn't feed the wild rabbits in my backyard the produce they put out here. As for the rest of their products, it seems they strive to be fairly up to par, they don't sleep shelves stocked well, half the workers are there for a paycheck while a few I did encounter were very nice and did genuinely seem to enjoy...
