Very unprofessional! I went with my mom to go get her nails done.She only speak Spanish so I went with her to translate. She wanted a dark green. The lighting at their store was very dark. We showed the lady a picture. After she was done with her nails we stepped outside in daylight and she accidentally put a dark blue. No big deal. We went back in to nicely tell them they accidentally put the wrong color and if it was possible they could change it. They got mad at us and told us to come back tomorrow. I had to make my mom another appointment in the morning and she said she would pay to change the color. We were the first one there and we noticed they all were giving us dirty looks. They were all saying to my mom not knowing English that it was her fault and not theirs. That she should have known the color gets darker. They started helping walk in clients. And ignored us even when I made the appointment for my mom. And when I was trying to tell them this was all a big misunderstanding. They were speaking their language and made me and my mom feel uncomfortable. We felt very unwelcome. It broke my heart because they...

It wasnt aweful but i came here with a friend for a pedicure about 3 weeks ago it looks like they reuse some of the tools most places replace, which doesn't bug me as much as the fact that we where told to sit under the heat lamp but then no one told us when we where ready and all of the technicians disappeared. Some where eating on the other side of the store or watching videos. We sat for about an hour under before we got up to try to find someone to pay, then notice later that no top coat was applyed on mine at all and both me and my friend had spots on both sudes of the nail where a pretty big gap of natural nail was left with no color i wont be going back but maybe we just had a...

I got a gel manicure and non-gel pedicure and I thought they did a great job! Both have lasted a week now with no chipping (which can’t be said for other salons I’ve been to).

However, I felt like I got tricked into the deluxe pedicure. Instead of asking if I wanted the deluxe or basic pedicure, she handed me some boxes of scented foot soak and asked which one I wanted. I picked one not realizing it was only for the deluxe pedicure. She dumped it in the water and then told me the price would be $47. If I had known those products were for deluxe, I would have declined.
