My fiancée went there for a repair and cleaning of her leather wallet. The man at the desk said it would be an easy repair and with the cleaning, would take 2 weeks to complete. We went on vacation and came back to pickup the wallet only to find the work that was discussed was not done. The stich work needed was not done at all, the cleaning of the wallet was sub par, and the protective coating mentioned original was non existent. In addition, when she said the work wasn't done, the staff tried to charge her again for stitching in addition to what she already paid. Giving them a chance to redeem themselves, my fiancée let them try again, without being charged, to do the work discussed which would take another week to complete. Fast forward 2 weeks later, we go to pickup the wallet and the work was again not done. In the end, my fiancée, who was very upset now, ask them to stitch the wallet while she waited there so she can at least have that done and take the wallet back. Overall this was a very bad experience considering this place is suppose to be established. I'm not sure how they decide what to do vs not do and if you decide to take something there, hope you're in their good graces otherwise prepare for a headache. Also, if you have the option of waiting to see if the work is done before you pay, that's a good options to. I would not suggest this place to anyone regardless of their location or supposed experience with...

The care they put into to bags goes more then just the service you pay for. They actually care to see if you are happy and satisfied. I unfortunately got my bag wet only week having it and it lost it shape. When I brought it they also noticed a stain. When I wet to pick it up the girl saw I was still a little bit unhappy with the shape. It was my fault because these bags aren’t meant to get wet. She immediately told her higher up and they offered to try there best to get to the original shape. With no extra cost which they did fabulously. They care more about the satisfaction of a client and not the money. Which I appreciate. I will always bring my bags here ! Thank you to everyone for putting there dedication into this.

Update: I brought my husbands Ferragamo shoes and they did an amazing clean and new soles. He’s very picky and loved the job they did. They were closed when I went to pick them up driving from Staten Island him and his daughter opened the door and attended me. Lovely family running this business 100%...

I dropped off one of my mothers old LV bags for a cleaning and repair (as a surprise) in mid-May. I was told it would be ready June 1st. I called June 1st and they said it wasn’t ready and to come by in 2 weeks. I went there today (July 1st) to pick up the bag (gave them more than enough time) and it took them a half hour to find the bag! I was certain they lost it but Thank God the one worker found it! The bag sat for over a month and was never cleaned or repaired. I was rudely told to come back tomorrow but I no longer live in the area so I told him no way...need it today. Half hour later the bag was ready. The customer service is terrible...very unorganized, overpriced, and the owner is rude. The bag looks good and refreshed so no complaints there. As I was leaving a gentleman was there to pick up something and they couldn’t find his order either! They seem to lose and misplace things easily, would not recommend dropping off anything extremely expensive or with sentimental value. I will not...
