Fantastic, fantastic and fantastic…yes 3 times. Bagels and More was a great experience. The breakfast I got was really good and the coffee was quality coffee so it hit the spot. Let’s not forget that they also have wonderful bagels and everything else that you may want to go with the bagels. What’s especially great about this place is that I immediately felt very comfortable with the environment. This is a small kind of a coffee shop but with a big heart that’s what I felt. The chef who made my breakfast came out and made sure that I was completely satisfied, and he also asked the other individuals who ordered food and everything was to their liking I would go here every day if I could not just for the great food that they serve but also because they made me feel like family. Grace is the most beautiful soul in Edgewater & I’m so happy she owns this bagel shop. Her generosity is stellar & her attention to the consumers needs unmatched. Under new management, I was originally concerned the bagel recipe wouldn’t remain the same… However, to my surprise their bagels are as delicious as the original recipe and hold a status candle as the best bagels in town. Horrible service. Young woman with braided hair behind the counter was crazy rude even as I’m ordering. Threw the change at me when I paid. Then we left and the sandwich was wrong and we thought “let’s go back...$16 something for two breakfast sandwiches should be right...” and she was even ruder!! No apology for the wrong order setting our day back. Also my husband noticed that when the top of my bagel fell on the floor, the cook was about to slap it on my sandwich anyway until she realized he was looking right at her.
