Edgewater Ferry Landing — Local services in Edgewater

Miss the ferry by 2 minutes. Waited 40 minutes for the next one on the cold dock. Human tickets booth was closed. The next boat arrive and the clerk said you have to buy your tickets at the entrance of the marina and NO we will not wait for you. How difficult it is to put a sign on the dock that the tickets booth is at the entrance of the marina? Or just put the ticket booth on the dock? Signage/information is really an issue here !!!! Waited 80 minutes...

Awesome view and a better commute than the bus, however, ferry boats are tiny and almost always at or over capacity. They will literally stop people from boarding and leave them waiting another 30 minutes for the next boat. Sadly, most people don’t have that opportunity to wait around.

Please expand with bigger boats, or at least make the schedule more frequent than the current lackluster...

Schedules are so wildly unpredictable. Most days I get here early and they're 10 minutes behind so I'm left waiting 20 minutes. Every once in a while I'll be running exactly 1 minute behind (not even exaggerating) and only then are they early. I have to wait 30 minutes until the next ferry when that happens. Either way I'm standing around waiting...
