One of the worst customer service experience in a long time! Recently moved to Edgewater and have been going there for a few weeks. Purchased Kodo Pro a few weeks ago. I went in once within a couple of weeks to report issues with it not turning on. A different gent (taller) messed with it and it appeared fine. I returned today w/ same issue and (owner?) won’t exchange it. REALLY? Loose a regular customer over $9. I mentioned it was not working right again. He simply stated it’s no longer under warranty. The gent was eluding to be the owner when I asked then changed to manager (priceless). Wanna save MONEY, try closing the front door w/ your AC at full blast. UNBELIEVABLE! skip this JOINT!!!

Pops is the best- they know there stuff. It’s a virtual paradise for anyone who vapes, smokes the devil’s lettuce, or you’re like me & need help with pain relief. They’re super patient and are willing to teach you how to use a mod vs constantly buying disposable salt nic devices. - disposable is nice for travel, concerts, or whenever you’re worried you might lose or misplace something. They helped a family member with this. It’s also a really fun place to just go-

Manager Alfie is one of the rudest people I have ever met store has been giving plaza discount for plaza workers for the last 8 years about a week ago I went into the store and made a purchase and asked for my plaza discount as I usually do an employee I had never seen before suddenly started making rude comments saying "is your restaurant going to give me free food". I asked her what she said and she replied that she was the manager and that she had never approved that. I informed her that I had been shopping there for 8 years and had never seen her before she said that she was the manager for all stores and continued making rude comments. let's stop patronizing stores that don't respect our community please help me...

Been going to Pumpernickel for years, the owner, the district manager, and the sales crew are all really friendly people. The products are always high quality, and they always know what they're talking about.

I swear, this place is like the freaking Publix of smoke shops

Edit: While I cannot fault Pumpernickel for quality, they do quality well. I hear, from employees I've known coming in here for years, the upper management doesn't seem to treat their employees with any form of respect, So while they have great products, I probably won't be going back...
