Unfortunately, I have had to lower my rating from 4/5 of 5/5 out of five down to two out of five due to the fact that they are not getting stock that the other stores are getting. if I drive all the way into Albuquerque, which is an hour drive for me I can get what I want, but if I go to the Edgewood store, they don’t have it in stock and haven’t had it in stock for the last two months. I brought this up to the employees they’re aware of it, but don’t have any way of affecting to get more stock.

Employees are generally extremely nice especially Kaitlyn who works check in most of the time. Today my sales person was a bit less than enthusiastic. However they did explain the discounts and available deals and made sure those deals were applied in the register. Not the best experience I’ve head there. Usually service is 5/5 today it was a 4/5. What a strange experience these days. When you go in, depending on the gender of your budtender, you get a wildly different price every time. I've paid anywhere from $9, $10, $15, and $18 for the same exact Lysol flavored lemonade - I don't even catch a mild buzz on them. The girls charge me way more and the guys charge me way less - regardless of points and sale days.

Not to mention, your clerks are currently notorious for publicly shaming addicts on their personal Facebook pages. 🤡 It's hypocritical that someone working at a compassionate care facility (serving a population largely comprised of addicts) would post that type of thing. If you don't mind showing your ID at the door to a video camera before they let you in, and then stand around and wait for them to get around to get you out of the lobby and into the back room where you can actually browse, that's the reason people spend 25 minutes in this place because they're waiting. If you want quick in and out service for a reasonable price, and not feel alienated or weird, I think you can go to any other dispensary and feel a little better and pay less. Alb. Most places are five or six grand pre-rolls for 20 and there's several places you can get two and three dollar pre-rolls. But you won't find any of those deals there.
