⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Absolutely Incredible Mexican Food in Edgewood!

If you’re anywhere near Edgewood, do yourself a favor and stop by The Rock House, the amazing Mexican food truck located right across from the Sonic.

I had the Asada Tacos with red chili—bursting with rich, smoky flavor, perfectly seasoned, and cooked to perfection. My wife ordered the Asada Huarache with green chili and paired it with a refreshing Cacao water. Every bite was absolutely phenomenal. We both agreed this is hands down the best Mexican food we’ve ever had—and we’ve had a lot!

Not only is the food out of this world, but the service was just as exceptional. The gentleman who took and cooked our order was incredibly kind, helpful, and welcoming. It’s rare to find such genuine hospitality alongside such amazing food.

We’ll absolutely be back to try more of their incredible dishes. If you're a fan of authentic, flavorful, and lovingly prepared Mexican food, The Rock House is a must-visit!

This is more like an experience than just grabbing some tacos. I've tried the chicken and the beef tacos. I've tried the green and red sauce. There is something magical about the red sauce. I don't tend to like saucy tacos and I don't like too much heat. The heat in the red sauce is like a slow burn that is combined with such a rich deep flavor. My favorite thing is that the green sauce is tomatillo and not spicy! No green Chile. I like having a choice or mixing the sauce on the side. Everywhere else in NM seems to ask red or green? We were just passing through, stopped to get gas and use the bathrooms. Decided we were hungry but didn't want the typical fast food. I found this place with a quick search. The reviews were all great so we headed over. The food and service did not disappoint! You get three tacos per order and each order is $10. We had Pastor and asada. Asada was my fav but Pastor was very good too. A couple of us wanted the Birria but they only have it on the weekend.
