I visited the Evereve store in Edina today with my family. When we walked in no one greeted us. I knew the item I was looking for, as I’d seen it online, so I was pretty quick to grab two sizes and head to the dressing room. I stood outside the dressing room waiting to be helped for several minutes. Multiple workers walked past me and completely ignored me. Finally, I just walked into a dressing room. I found the size that fit me and walked over to the counter to pay. I stood there waiting for several minutes as the employees stood around talking to each other. Finally, a woman asked if I’d been helped. I told her no and she told one of the girls that was talking in a group to come help me. The girl proceeded to to check me out and be extremely rude- she even insinuated that I would not be back. Upon leaving, my sister said she was not offered any help or water, but another customer right by her was. Additionally, my husband said that he witnessed two employees look in our direction and whisper something to each other (while no one was helping us). This was an incredibly terrible experience. Evereve corporate- this store needs customer service training ASAP. Probably bias training while you’re at it- judging from the...
Read moreJust got the most awkward lecture from the store associate when asking about the return policy. I went to the store to purchase sandals and look around for some spring break outfits. I have a belt I purchased 2 months ago, it is too large and I just thought I'd see if it was possible to return or exchange. The woman helping me said it was outside of return window. I understand that. She said let me see if my manager can do the exchange... manager gave a speech about how if it's possible it can never happen again and it may not be possible and she is breaking rules etc. in the end they didn't do any return or exchange, which is honestly fine. Just say our policy is 30 days and be done. I left feeling like a kid who got lectured by my teacher or my mom and just wanted out of...

Once I walked around and found a couple of things, both of which were not the size I needed nor the color I was encouraged to try them on anyway. Even though they were not even close to my size. I walked over to the fitting rooms and was greeted with "oh do you want a room?", yes... thats why I'm standing here were these items. Not once did anyone check on me, and I was very disheartened because other guests seem to be getting very personalized service. I walked out and will not return to...
