Absolutely awesome spot, with great staff as well.

We walked up to the door just a few minutes after they had technically closed, and even though they were locked and the manager was starting to pack up, he still came up front and let us in.

After we apologized and mentioned he didn't have to open up for us, Nick introduced himself to us and offered his help wherever needed. He was super kind, intelligent and had a great vibe - even with us keeping him longer than their hours said.

Ended up getting a few items, all of which have some unreal quality. I will be shopping plenty more at Faherty...

A decent brand but customer service was terrible. No acknowledging of my presence and the two guys in there were talking to each other like little high school girls. One dude looked hung over and the other was wearing trousers several sizes too small. That aside, the fact that no one greeted but when others came in they were greeted. I’ve always loved Faherty clothing, but having a local store has made the experience even better. The customer service has been exceptional, and Nicholas, the local store manager, has been phenomenal to work with. They handled a few issues I had with a great sense of urgency and genuine appreciation. That experience solidified my confidence in the brand....
