THERE IS NO CUSTOMER SERVICE IN THAT STORE! RUDE EMPLOYEES AND SELF CHECKOUT WITH LONG LINES!
Today I Went into the Walmart store. And I was Completely Humiliated by a Cashier at the cash wrap by the curbside Pickup Station... She Yelled at me for getting in her line- Meanwhile this very Heavy set Man stood in front of the Sign that said closed lane! They knew each other and both proceeded to calling me Stupid for not seeing the sign! (Closed Lane) How could I See it? The Heavy set Man was standing in front of the sign with his cart blocking as well as his body! And he Never said a word until she started yelling at me!
OMG, THEY KNEW EACH OTHER! THEY CURSED ME OUT IN THERE LANGUAGE! đł-HOW RUDE!
I'M A AMERICAN WOMAN đșđž WHO SPEAK 3 LANGUAGES ENGLISH,SPANISH AND ITALIAN. I WORK MY ENTIRE LIFE IN CUSTOMER SERVICE. AND I LIVE WITHIN WALKING DISTANCE FROM WALMART! BUT I WILL DRIVE TO TARGET đŻ BECAUSE THAT WALMART STORE SUCKS! AND THE EMPLOYEES TREAT PEOPLE LIKE THEY DONT CARE OR LIVE THERE JOB! IM SORRY THEY PAY YOU POORLY AND DONT TRAIN YOU PROPERLY! BUT CHECK YOUR ATTITUDE AT THE DOOR!
Don't Dump your Lack of Integrity onto your Customers! I will Never go back to the Edison, NJ Walmart! All the people that work in that store Are So Rude, Extremely insensitive, and Very Condescending!
The Manager Need to Train there Employees to Treat people with Respect. Everyone I know say the same thing-That the Employees are Extremely Rude!đ±

My wife, disabled mother in law and 9 year old daughter went there on Memorial Day to get a swim suit for my daughter for a pool party we were going to. The fitting room attendant refused to let my daughter in to try on a bathing suit and told my wife itâs because of diseases as she stared at my 9 year old daughter; which terrified her and made her cry. Ma was the fitting room womanâs name. How in anyoneâs right mind could someone say that to a child! She then began to argue with my wife and an alleged manager named A*y (who wore no vest to identify herself as a manager) then told my wife that she could buy the bathing suit, take it to the bathroom to try it on (which is disgusting in itself), and turned to the associate and said if she returns it dispose of it right away (again in front of my wife and daughter). We rarely shop in Walmart and even more rarely in Edison. And itâs for good reason. That is disgusting behavior and both should be terminated. We called customer service who were really shocked by this and told us that a Store Manager would call us back directly. Still no one has (shocking). They directed us to the next closest store as it was an urgent need, and so we went to the one in Rt 18 which was an amazing experience and right by where we were traveling to. Super kind, super helpful on Rt 18 with no questions at all. Absolutely accommodating. Maybe if your âManagersâ in Edison took just a few caring minutes and were concerned with taking care of your customers rather than rushing back outside of the store to the BBQ they were all gathered at and not caring at all about the business; your customers would be more happy. At least RT 18 team does it right. This group gives Edison a bad name. It was still over a $165 shopping trip on RT 18. Maybe big Walmart may not care about this, but consumers sure should.    Read moreI just came back from this store after speaking with customer service for 45 mins trying to get a price match on a AC.. Customer service told me that if I go in store they will be able to price match the item.. Mind you that I did end up showing the representative that I was chatting with both links 1 belonging to Walmart and another website is at another store and she did NOT say anything about the links!! I even confirmed with her over the chat will it be okay if I go into the store and show them the third party link that shows that price difference she stated "YES"!!
I go into the store find the item and then I go up to a worker and was informing her that I will be needing assistance with the transaction because of the price match I should her the item that I was purchasing and sh stated that they do not do price matches in the store.. I was like your customer service representative stated that if I go into the store you guys will be able to price match in the store if I bring the item I am wanting to buy and showing you guys the link of where I found the lower price.. She went off and brought her manager and my husband ended up speaking with the manager and the guy was reading off the policy in front of us and he never even mentioned a 3rd party vendor or outside store while reading and then he goes and ask another supervisor and the guy stated that we do not do price match with outside stores... I explained to the guy that is not what the customer service representative said over the phone... And I left...
