I own a Silver Jaguar XJL Supercharged V8 and I wanted to paint it my favorite color of Red. I was nervous about making this change because I have never done this before. I contacted several autobody custom paint companies and Kenny was the only one who was knowledgeable, understanding, kind, and reasonably priced. He was very patient with my many questions and he put my mind at ease. He even offered suggestions that I had not thought of.

I wanted a particular color of red with a custom effect. After finding the perfect color, Kenny reassured me that all would go well and that my car would look great. Through his entire process, he kept in touch with me and kept me informed of the status of his work.

The result was nothing short of pure excellence! The color was exactly as I expected. Kenny applied the custom paint color, a glossy coating, and a ceramic coating. And, he tinted my windows, too! I shared a few pics of the car when it was Silver and after Kenny worked his magic and painted it a custom Red. He is not only skilled, he is talented, as well. Kenny will be our go-to painter for future work!

This place was the worst every. I went there because my normal tint guy was unavailable and I didn't want to wait to have my tints put onto my vehicle. THE WORST MISTAKE I MADE IN MY LIFE! I gave this guy Kenny two vehicles and asked him to tint the windows. Within days I had to go back and complain that both vehicles tints were not done correctly. It had dust, bubbles for over 5 days, and the tint percentage wasn't what I asked for. I took it to do a tint testing and they said the tints were of low quality. When he redid it, it was even worse then the first time and he messed up my back window defrost and tried to lie about it. The ending result, I had to sue this company and I won judgement. So, they have to pay me for the damage they caused to the back windshield of my Lexus. I would not recommend this shop to anyone and I suggest you find somewhere else to go for any thing you want done to your vehicle. The guy Kenny is the worse business owner I have ever met. The work he provide to customer is trash. I wish they had negative star rating, because I definitely know he does not deserve 1 star. I wish everyone good luck that allow this man and his ghetto boys to touch their vehicle. They are literally winging it. God Bless,...

Kenny did a PHENOMENAL job taking care of our Tesla Model Y. He tinted our two front windows and windshield, ceramic coated the entire car, and put paint protection film (ppf) on the front bumper and tesla supplied ppf on the back corners of the two rear doors. Kenny was also suppose to satin wrap the Tesla emblems but ran out of material so we came back a week later for that. He satin wrapped the Tesla emblems and washed the car again for free as a kind gesture. All the shops we called in the area quoted us for 2k or more, yet Kenny was able to do all of that for much (hundreds) less. Plugged In Customz is a great shop and the owner (Kenny) is flexible, knowledgeable, easy to work with, willing to discuss ideas and options to bring the customers vision to life, and most of all, fair priced. We cannot speak anymore glowingly of this shop, and we HIGHLY (emphasis on highly)...
