Nick's Liquor — Local services in El Cajon

If I could I would actually give this place a minus five stars. I used to think it was a great place, until they accused me of stealing. Actually asked someone that I know if they knew me, and said that I had stolen something. So no, I didn't, and the fact that they would accuse me, says a lot about what kind of business this is. I suggest that these people need to evaluate their inventory on a more regular basis. It's really sad that they would have to accuse someone of doing something. Someone that spend a fair amount of money at the beginning of the month. When someone has their own money to spend, why would they steal? I haven't stolen anything since I was a kid. So, if any of you out there don't want to be accused of stealing, I suggest you find another...

I bought a Pacifico 12 pack from here and the beer tasted awful as if they had left it in the sun for a long time. I had my brother try to return them but the owner was really rude to him and said to him “you didn’t buy it here” and “I’m the owner I don’t do returns”. It was not necessary to be rude towards my brother. I understand some places don’t do returns but there is always nicer ways to say it. My brother is a very patient and calm man and by trying to “challenge” him acting higher than him you have made me angry and I am not as kind as him. Staff -&customers!!- are VERY friendly &helpful even when you're not in a wheelchair, as I am ;-) Add to that the fact that Nick's is also VERY wheelchair accessible{I can get through the aisles w/NO problems}, as well as great prices, & I'd wheel past a lot of other stores just to get to...
